Sparkle: Hillberg & Berk Mother's Day Giveaway

Whether you're celebrating your mom or a motherly figure in your life, Mother's Day is just around the corner. And in lieu of that I have a very special post for you today that is near and dear to my heart. If you've read my first post or my 'Meet V' page then you know that my mom was my biggest influence and she is who I credit my love for fashion and beauty too, among many many other things. Unless you know me personally you may not know, but my mom passed away when I was 17 from a very short battle with cancer.
Losing my mom was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. But I am extremely thankful to have so many people that helped me stay strong and continue to do the things I love, and I owe so much to them (you all know who you are). But the person I owe the most credit to is my mom. Her determination, passion, and sparkle during her life is what reminds me to have that same outlook. Even though I now celebrate Mother's Day a bit differently than others, I want to share the sparkle with you and your mom, or motherly figure. Because it really does start with mom.
